Evans Banks Planning Ltd has been instructed by Meadow Lane (Hirwaun) Ltd to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for the proposed development of 35 residential dwellings on land adjacent to Bryngelli Industrial Estate, Hirwaun.
The proposed development comprises of a mix of house types including flats, houses and bungalows centred around a principal estate road. The tenure of the proposal is similarly mixed with 14 dwellings being affordable in nature. The proposal also includes improvements to Meadow Lane to facilitate a better means of access to the site for all vehicular and non-vehicular traffic.
The proposal constitutes a ‘major’ development, whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply (The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).
Commencing on Monday 12th July 2021, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Monday 9th August 2021.
