Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Aelwyd Build to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for the Construction of 44 no. Affordable Dwellinghouses and Residential Apartments, Access Road and Associated Infrastructure at Land off Cefn Glas, Tredegar, Blaenau Gwent, NP22 3EP
The proposed development will comprise of a mix of bungalows and two-storey dwellinghouses, all equipped with off-road car parking in the form of side driveways and traditional rear garden space. The development also includes a number of one bedroom and two bedroom residential apartments.
The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply. (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).
Commencing on Friday 28th August 2026, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Tuesday 29th September 2026.
