Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Mr & Mrs Butler to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for the erection of replacement and new buildings for use for agriculture and an existing farm diversification business (land management) with associated drainage works. The proposed development constitutes a “major” development, and accordingly Government advice indicates that the public and local community should be afforded the opportunity to contribute to the formulation of proposals at a pre-application stage.
Members of the public, statutory bodies, and other third parties, have a minimum period of 28 days within which to make representations in respect of the proposed development, in this instance, by no later than 15th July 2026.
