Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by ADEPT Consultants to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for the Construction of 37 no. Affordable Dwellinghouses and Residential Apartments, Access Road and Associated Infrastructure at Land off Cefn Glas, Tredegar, Blaenau Gwent, NP22 3EP
The proposed development will comprise of a mix of bungalows and two-storey dwellinghouses, being semi-detached in scale, all equipped with off-road car parking in the form of side driveways and traditional rear garden space. Two modest and adjoining blocks of six residential apartments will be situated near the Western Crescent side of the site.
The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply. (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).
Commencing on Friday 13th March 2026, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Wednesday 15th April 2026.
