Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Meadow Lane (Hirwaun) Limited to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for the Construction of a Residential Development on Land adjacent to Bryngelli Industrial Estate, Hirwaun.
The consultation represents a revised scheme to the development that was approved on the 20th April 2023. The new scheme is for 41 dwellings offering a variety of different house types including flats, semi-detached and detached properties of single and two storey scales, all of which would be affordable in nature.
The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply. (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).
Commencing on Tuesday 17th October 2023, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Monday 13th November 2023.
