Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Dantwyn (Pontarddulais) Limited to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for the Construction of a Residential Development on Land off Glynhir Road, Pontarddulais, Swansea, SA4 8PT.
The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply. (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).
Commencing on Monday 16th September 2024, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Monday 14th October 2024.
