Residential Development at Land off Cwmamman Road, Glanamman, Carmarthenshire

Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Beacon Eco Homes Limited to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for the Construction of a Residential Development on Land off Cwmamman Road, Glanamman, Carmarthenshire, SA18 2AF.

The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply.  (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).

Commencing on Tuesday 4th June 2024, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Monday 1st July 2024.
