Evans Banks Planning Ltd have been instructed by LIFE Property Group Ltd to submit an application for a residential development comprising of 35 dwellings on Land off Station Road, Nantgaredig, Carmarthenshire.
The development will comprise of a mix of detached and semi detached dwellings served by sizable private gardens. The development will also include areas of informal public open space.
The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply. (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).
Commencing on Thursday 17th September 2020, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Thursday 15th October 2020.
