The proposed development comprises of 15 detached and semi detached houses and formation of estate road and associated infrastructure. The application is a revision of layout and access arrangements to affordable housing proportion of Planning Permission W/30269.
The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply. (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).
Commencing on Monday 17th August 2020, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Monday 14th September 2020.
