Evans Banks Planning Ltd have been instructed by Mr David Hill to assist in seeking full planning permission for a new Cattle Cubicle Shed upon an agricultural holding known as Cefnmaes Farm, near Alltwalis, Carmarthenshire.
The proposed portal framed shed will be located upon the existing farmyard at Cefnmaes, set amongst a cluster of similarly designed and scale sheds and other agricultural outbuildings. The proposed building will be 1485 square metres in floor space, and thus constitutes a “major” development, whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply (The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016)(‘the Order’).
Members of the public, statutory bodies, and other third parties, have a minimum period of 28 days within which to make representations in respect of the proposed development, in this instance, by not later than Wednesday 4th November 2020.
