Evans Banks Planning have been instructed by Recycling Plant & Machinery Limited to seek full planning permission for the:
Formation of a Truck Stop, (including Retention of Minor Alterations undertaken to approved plans granted Planning Permission under P2005/0449) to form a Guest House with addition of a Cafe and erection of Rear Single Storey Extension to Accommodate Spa Facilities, together with Formation of an HGV Parking Area with Electric Vehicle Charging Hub Points, Internal Access Road & Associated Infrastructure at Land at Tyn y Caeau, Margam Road, Margam, Port Talbot.
As part of the preparation of the planning application, we are now undertaking a formal pre-application consultation exercise as required by the Planning (Wales) Act 2015, and the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016 (the Order). The draft planning application comprises of the plans, documents and statements listed below, which can be viewed by simply clicking on that item.
Hard Copies of the application documents are also available to view at Port Talbot Library, 1st Floor, Aberafan Shopping Centre, Port Talbot, Neath Port Talbot, SA13 1PB.
Commencing on the 2nd November 2022, comments and responses to the draft planning application are now invited from all parties, to be be received no later than 1st December 2022.
