Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Hawkfire Developments Limited to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for the Demolition of Former Hotel and Siting of a Residential Care Home and Linked Bungalows on land formerly known as the Cleddau Bridge Hotel, Essex Road, Pembroke Dock.
The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply. (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).
Commencing on Wednesday 10th August 2022, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Friday 9th September 2022.
