Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Mr P Loxdale to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process in respect of the above development. The proposed building will be more than 1000 square metres in combined floorspace and thus constitutes a “major” development, whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply (The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016)(‘the Order’).
Commencing on Monday 21st November 2022, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Monday 18th December 2022.
