The proposed development will consist of a mixture of 19 affordable residential detached and semi-detached two bedroom bungalows positioned around a new estate road. Each property will have generous private rear gardens with smaller grass forecourts to their front. All properties will have allocated off street parking facilities.
As part of the preparation of the planning application, Evans Banks Planning Ltd are now undertaking a formal pre-application consultation exercise as required by the Planning (Wales) Act 2015 and the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016 (the order).
Commencing on Thursday 13th August, comments and responses are now invited from all parties to be received by no later than Friday 11th September 2020.
