(Henllan) Limited and Pobl Group to undertake a second Pre-Application Consultation process for the Construction of 42no. Dwellinghouses, with Formation of Estate Road and Associated Infrastructure on Land part of Wern Fraith Farm, Porthyrhyd, Carmarthen, SA32 8PT.
The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply. (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).
Commencing on Monday 13th March 2023, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Wednesday 15th March 2023.
