Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Wales & West Utilities to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process in respect of the above development. The proposed development constitutes a “major” development, and accordingly Government advice indicates that the public and local community should be afforded the opportunity to contribute to the formulation of proposals at a pre-application stage.

Members of the public, statutory bodies, and other third parties, have a minimum period of 28 days within which to make representations in respect of the proposed development, in this instance, by no later than 21st April 2023.
