Residential Development at Land Off The Kilns, Llangwm, Pembrokeshire, SA62 4HG

Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Ateb Group Limited to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for the Construction of a Residential Development of 67 Dwellinghouses, Access Road and Associated Infrastructure at Land Off The Kilns, Pembrokeshire.

The consultation represents a proposal for the construction of a varied mix of housing including semi-detached houses and detached and semi-detached bungalows.  The development will be built in a series of cul-de-sac formations which utilises the gentle contours of the site.

The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply.  (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).

Commencing on Friday 19th January 2024, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Monday 19th February 2024.
