Proposed Industrial Unit Development at Llanllwch, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire

Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process in respect of the Construction of 12 Industrial Units (B1 and B8 use) on Land adjacent to the A40 in Llanllwch on the outskirts of Carmarthen. The proposed development constitutes a “major” development, and accordingly Government advice indicates that the public and local community should be afforded the opportunity to contribute to the formulation of proposals at a pre-application stage.

Members of the public, statutory bodies, and other third parties, have a minimum period of 28 days within which to make representations in respect of the proposed development, in this instance, by no later than 18th March 2024.
