Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Jones Brothers (Henllan) Limited to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for a residential development comprising of 15 dwellings together with formation of vehicular accesses and associated infrastructure on Land off Ffordd Newydd, Aberporth, Cardigan.

The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply.  (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).

Commencing on Wednesday 12th May 2021, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Wednesday 9th June 2021.
