Construction of 10 Industrial Units at Crofty Industrial Estate, Swansea, SA4 3RS

Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Four Counties Ltd to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process in respect of the above development. The proposed units will be more than 1000 square metres in combined floorspace and thus constitutes a “major” development, whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply (The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016)(‘the Order’).

Commencing on Wednesday 19th May 2021, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Wednesday 16th June 2021.
