Siting of 12 Residential Dwellings on Land Adjoining School Car Park, Llangadog, Carmarthenshire

Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Cartrefi Croeso Ltd to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for a residential development comprising of 12 dwellings on Land Adjoining School Car Park, Llangadog, Carmarthenshire.

The proposed development will comprise of a mix of 12 two-storey semi-detached and detached dwellings with generous private rear gardens and off-street parking to the front or side; served by a single access road.

The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply.  (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).

Commencing on Monday 15th February 2021, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Monday 15th March 2021.
