Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Mr M Scaife to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for the Formation of a Solar Park at Tirmably Farm, Crosyceiliog, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire, SA32 8DP. The proposed development constitutes a “major” development, and accordingly Government advice indicates that the public and local community should be afforded the opportunity to contribute to the formulation of proposals at a pre-application stage.
Members of the public, statutory bodies, and other third parties, have a minimum period of 28 days within which to make representations in respect of the proposed development, in this instance, by no later than 25th February 2025.
