Evans Banks Planning Limited has been appointed by LIFE Property to conduct a Pre-Application Consultation for the redevelopment of the former bank at 48 Station Road, Port Talbot to 13 Affordable Accommodation Units.
The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply. (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).
Commencing on Monday 8th September 2025, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Monday 6th October 2025.
