Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Mr J McAvoy and Dr C Snell to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for the Construction of a Residential Development at Land off Pontardulais Road, Tycroes, Carmarthenshire.
The proposed development will comprise of 15 dwellings positioned around a cul-de-sac formation. The development will offer a mix of dwelling types, being made up of predominantly two and three bedroom semi-detached and linked dwellings.
The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply. (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).
Commencing on Tuesday 17th December 24, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Tuesday 25th January 2025.
