Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Haywood Homes (Wales) Holdings Limited to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for the Construction of a Residential Development of 30 Dwellinghouses, Access Road and Associated Infrastructure on Land at Gwaelod y Maes, Pontardulais Road, Llangenech, Llanelli.
The consultation represents a proposal for the construction of a mix of semi-detached and detached two storey dwellings with either three or four bedrooms.
The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply. (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).
Commencing on Friday 23rd February 2024, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Saturday 23rd March 2024.
