Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Acorn (3000) Limited to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for the construction of a residential development at Land at Gwelfor, Heol Llanelli, Trimsaran, Llanelli. The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development, and accordingly Government advice indicates that the public and local community should be afforded the opportunity to contribute to the formulation of proposals at a pre-application stage.
The proposed development will consist of twenty-seven detached and semi-detached bungalows in a cul-de-sac formation. The design and finish of the bungalows have been carefully chosen to complement the existing properties in the surrounding area. Each bungalow will benefit from generous front and rear gardens with driveways to allow off road parking.
Members of the public, statutory bodies, and other third parties, have a minimum period of 28 days within which to make representations in respect of the propsed development, in this instance by no later than 16th November 2024.
