Local Development Plans

Swansea City Council are now in the early stages of preparing their replacement Local Development Plan (LDP).

The LDP acts to guide any future planning applications for new housing, employment and all forms of development in the Swansea area for the next fifteen years.

The Call for Candidate Sites to be considered for inclusion in the Replacement Plan will be made in Autumn 2023.
