Evans Banks Planning have been instructed by Recycling Plant & Machinery Limited to seek full planning permission for the development of a Vehicle Truck Stop, comprising of the refurbishment of an existing house and detached annexe as Guest Room Accommodation, together with Café and the erection of a single-storey rear extension to accommodate an ancillary spa facility.
The proposals will provide for parking for HGVs and cars within part of the grounds of Tyn-y-Caeau, which has a direct access off the A48 at Margam Road, which is proposed for improvements under the submission.
