Land North of Parc y Delyn, Carmarthen

Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Omnicorp Ltd to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for the Construction of a Residential Development (20 dwellings) and highway improvements on Land North of Parc y Delyn, Carmarthen, SA31 1TS.

The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply.  (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).

Commencing on Thursday 12th January 2023, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Wednesday 8th February 2023.
