Evans Banks Planning Limited has been instructed by Pobl Group to undertake a Pre-Application Consultation process for the Construction of a Residential Development, Access Road and Associated Infrastructure on Land adjoining Parc Pencrug and Maes y Fachnad, Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire.
The proposed development constitutes a ‘major’ development whereby the Welsh Government pre-application consultation procedures (PAC) apply. (The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)(Wales)(Amendment) Order 2016) (‘the Order’).
Commencing on Thursday 13th July 2023, comments and responses to the proposed application are now invited from all parties and should be received no later than Monday 14th August 2023.
